Distributor AI Portals utilizes a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework to ground AI responses in your specific technical reality. Your unstructured data (PDF manuals, schematics) and structured data (JDE/SyteLine tables) are processed into high-dimensional Vector Embeddings.
An optional AI engine can sit on top of that retrieval layer when you want conversational answers—still grounded in your isolated embeddings, not the public web. Enterprise-tier API agreements legally and technically prohibit provider data usage; your proprietary data is never used to calibrate, fine-tune, or train foundational models like GPT-4 or Claude.
