Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Distributor AI Portals LLC, a Georgia limited liability company located at 390 Carmichael Cir, Canton, GA 30115 ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with this marketing website (distributoraiportals.com) and related demo or contact requests.

This policy covers the marketing website only. If you become a customer, use of the authenticated product portal is governed by a separate Customer Agreement and any related data processing terms.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Contact and demo information you submit (such as name, work email, company name, and ERP system), when you request a demo, book a meeting, or contact us
  • Communications you send us by email, phone, or scheduling tools
  • Basic technical and usage data such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, and pages visited — typically collected via cookies, pixels, or similar technologies (for example, Google Analytics) when enabled

We do not require an account to browse this marketing site, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, or government ID data) through this site.

3. Cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies

We may use Google Analytics (GA4) and similar tools to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the site. These tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers in your browser. We may also use scheduling tools (such as Calendly) that set their own cookies when you book a meeting.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Doing so may affect site functionality. This site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no common industry standard for interpreting them; we will update this policy if that changes.

4. How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Respond to demo and sales inquiries and schedule discovery or demo conversations
  • Understand and improve how visitors use this website
  • Operate and secure this website
  • Send you information you've requested, and relevant follow-up communications about our product (you may opt out at any time — see Section 8)
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use website contact data to train public AI models.

5. Legal basis for processing (for visitors in the EU/UK/EEA)

Where applicable, we process your information based on: your consent (for example, cookies where required), our legitimate interests in operating and improving this site and pursuing sales inquiries you've initiated, and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us run this site and our sales process — for example, email providers, analytics tools, scheduling software, or spreadsheet/CRM tools — under arrangements that limit their use of the data to providing services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets (in which case we will provide notice as required by law).

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

7. International data transfers

If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information you provide may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers are located and data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Opt out of marketing communications (every email we send includes an unsubscribe option)
  • Opt out of certain "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or targeted advertising, if applicable under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — as noted above, we do not sell personal information

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Data retention

We retain inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to your request and manage our business relationship, and afterward as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, unless you request deletion sooner and no legal basis requires retention.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

This website is directed to business users and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
